One of the things I hear over and over in my work is that people just want to FEEL better. They want better physical health—maybe that includes weight loss or improved fitness or healing from disease or something else. They want to feel less stressed and have less emotional turbulence/drama in their life. They want to feel happy, enjoy life, and feel connected and satisfied in their relationships.

And all of that seems like a big ask, and so often folks just sit with the status quo. Lots of other people are having struggles, so maybe feeling unhappy and/or unwell is just normal.

Or maybe not.

What are the barriers that get in our way, and how can we circumnavigate those barriers? THAT, my friend, is what I’ve spent the last 3.5 years working to get into words. And I can’t wait to share it with you!
