The first thing you may be asking yourself is “what on earth is Food Sass®, and how can food be sassy?” I’m so glad you asked. The definition of Food Sass® is important because it guides what you put in your mouth, the majority of the time, if you are looking to improve your health & life experience.
What is Food Sass®?

Whole, organic, nutrient-dense foods that are as close to their original state as possible. Nutritious & delicious. Most typically found around the perimeter of the market, or at farm stands. Contain a combination of Clean Protein, Healthy Fats, and Smart Carbs. Has a tendency to thump its chest and sound a rebel yell.
Food Sass® is food that is a nutritious, delicious contributor to CREATING VIBRANT HEALTH. Not fake, crappy food that fools your senses and leaves you holding the bag with less energy, more fat, and poor health. Nope. Food Sass® is…well…SASSY. It tastes amazing, gets absorbed into your body, blasts your 60-90 trillion cells with nutrients and phytochemicals, and thumps its chest and sounds a rebel yell in today’s fake food culture: “How do ya like me NOW?!” Yay for Food Sass®.

Holy brain-bonanza, Batman! This salad tastes amazing and is absolutely loaded with nutrients that feed our BRAIN and whole body. This splendiferous salad is Body Sass® Cleanse-friendly if you replace the walnuts with sunflower seeds and forgo the optional goat cheese. And still YUMMY!
Sweet Potato Heaven
This is a fab holiday dish. You can make this ahead of time, up through step 4, store it in the fridge, and then just pull it out on holiday morning so it can come to room temp. Throw it in the oven 30 minutes before mealtime, and voila!
